The lady at the reception (Aiko san) is very helpful. Recommend places and restaurants. Aiko san speaks vey good English. The garden at the entrance is very well maintained with various plants. The private open rock bath attached to the room is heaven

Apart from the location easier to get to by taxi. There’s no restaurant in this hotel. But other than that it’s a perfect small hotel for families. Owner can communicate in English very well.

旅館非常乾淨舒適，踏入房間已經要脫鞋，洗手間有拖鞋使用。旅館很貼心 ，才踏入客廳已經看到有煲滾的熱水， 並有小竹籃盛載茶壺水杯，滿滿日式家庭感覺，一家坐下喝茶很是悠閒寫意。
我們先去公眾溫泉泡一泡，之後再享用私人風呂。我們選的是岩石風露天風呂， 很幸運我們入住當晚沒有下雨。
整體而言我們非常滿意。

The staff is really good, they even helped us to make reservations on our dinner and next day breakfast with good view! How sweet they are! The room is perfect, we enjoy the onsen very much.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent Japanese style garden & very nice room. Hotel staff is very good in English with excellent advice for local food & sight-seeing points. The outdoor onsen is so beautiful with high privacy. I never met any other guest in this hotel. The reception room is in old-fashioned Japanese style. Yukata is provided so that we can take picture all around with this special experience. I love it a lot. Will come again in Autumn it's the best season~

房間簡單、潔淨、整齊，很有日本氣道的感覺。
每間房都有獨立的溫泉浸浴，很適合新婚或家庭入住。
看來是老闆的接待很友善、細心，英文良好可提供足夠的遊覽、餐廳意見。
酒店地點需留意，正門是在超巿旁邊的路口。
(當天我是晚上才到，跟Google Map走結果走遠了、而且是後門)
整體來說十分滿意，是非常深刻和愉快的旅程。
