為什麼在預約酒店的時候沒有提供晚餐，當我知道原來可以追加晚餐的時候已經太遲，這地區想吃晚餐真的很難，建議預約酒店的時候應該提供晚餐

物超越所值

The room was clean and the staff were both polite and pleasant. There is a wonderful lake view lounge and an adjacent game room that you can use to spend a couple of hours away. Sadly, there is a distinct lack of amenties and stores open during winter, so please bear that in mind when you visit the area during this period. We were also unable to visit the restaurant, as we were told that we had to make a reservation in advance, which was not presented to us. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.

The dormitory bathroom was not cleaned during the 3 night duration of my stay, and it looked as though it had not been cleaned in sometime. The bus station bathroom looked cleaner. There was also no functional kitchen space in the dormitory area, not even a proper sink. Location was great, but the dorms were substandard.

Yutorelo is located right along the main strip of Chuzenji Onsen, making it very convenient for catching the bus between Nikko Station and all the hikes heading up to Yudaki Onsen. The property itself is a very fun, young hostel vibe, with good WiFi and games (i.e. a collection of board games and ping pong), an efficient check-in/out process, and helpful staff. The view from the room and the lounge is also extraordinary.

Negative - From what i could tell there was only 1 male toilet for the dorm, meaning waiting to be able to use and then trying to rush because your occupying the only toilet, also a slight gap in the door so you felt a little exposed!. Positive- everything else really, beautiful area really convenient for the lakes/hiking, not far from the main town, great lounge area upstairs with complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks/snacks as well as places to relax, table tennis etc, dorm beds are a good size, towels replaced without asking, free robes to use, enough showers and good ones, i was never waiting, there is an onsen so people use that instead i suppose, nice little breakfast buffet for a light start to the day, thanks too all staff who were polite and welcoming

La vista al lago es hermosa, hay bebidas con alcohol y sin alcohol gratis en el 3er piso, paletas de hielo y pequeños snacks gratis igualmente. El onsen está genial, lo único que no me gustó fue que casi no había trato humano, todo era self check in con un ipad

チェックインの時や朝食などスタッフが不親切過ぎる、初めて伺ったのに知らんのばりな態度 コンセプトは良いのに勿体ない

The picture of the view might have been taken from the fifth floor. It was a bit disappointed to walk in with an expectation for the view and be placed on the second floor. The location is great for a view of the lake!

The lounge and onsen are very nice. I didn't feel well looked after or welcomed at check-in.

el lugar es hermoso , lo unico es que dice que tiene shuttle a Nikko pero no pudimos tomarlo nunca en tres dias porque estaba completo a pesar de querer reservarlo con tres dias de anticipacion.

部屋は広く、湖の眺めも楽しめて良い滞在でした。 残念だったのは、ラウンジサービスと温泉です。 ラウンジは夜はアルコールを含め無料で自由に飲めてすごく良かったのですが、朝コーヒーのみ７時半ごろになってやっと準備されました。６時からという表示があったので、私以外にも待っている人がいました。フロントに聞きに行って初めてその旨を知らされるよりも、表示（ホームページを含め）を変更するべきだと思います。 温泉は、露天風呂はぬるめでしたが、特に問題は感じませんでした。内風呂が１日目は温かかったのですが、２日目はとてもぬるく、シャワーでやっと温まりました。連れが内風呂の底に髪の毛や沈殿物がゴッソリあったと言っていました。お湯が循環していなかったのは、私も気になりました。 以上、２点改善の余地があると思います。 部屋の良さ、ラウンジ設備やゲームルームなど、とてもポテンシャルのあるホテルだと感じたので、今後に期待します。

Limited services also very limited service, need to ask for most things like fresh towls and no communication as to what to expect breakfast or dinner wise. Better to stay in Nikko and just get the bud up for day trips

スタッフの方々の丁寧な対応と清潔感のある施設で、とても良い宿でした。また、機会があったら、宿泊したいです。 （freeWiFiがなかなか繋がらなかったのが、残念でした。）

I stayed in a Capsule but everything was comfortable, all amenities were accessible and plase was clean. Just other guests using the cupsules area were not organized and clean. Area around the lake is beautiful and clean, be aware as everything around the shops and bus stopos around 6pm.

The property is a bit old, but is clean and quiet. Nearby there is a good restaurant.

I booked a Japanese-Western style twin bed room. Cleanliness good, room space good size, Wifi good. The only not so good ia the mattress as it is too soft and not firm. Overall experience is good. Foods availability around the area for dinner is very limited after 4pm.
