As a family of four with two kids, skiing for the first time, this was an excellent location. The chalets were perfectly appointed and comfortable. The wash and dryer were a bonus. The team here looked after us brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The communication before, during and after was excellent and they provided us with invaluable information for ski suppliers and getting around. To Sarah, Bellen and Joachim, thanks so much for everything. Loved it. Will be back and would absolutely recommend Zen Chalets.

GW休みに家族3名でキャビン1棟-2泊で使用させて頂きました。設備は古い感じが否めず / シャワーが弱い / キッチンが狭くて使用しずらい等の使用感での小さな不満はありましたが、過ごしているうちに慣れ、総じて快適に過ごせました。2日目にBBQをリクエストしたらタープ・コンロから炭・着火剤まですべて準備・設営までしてくれてあり少し感動しました。こちらでも準備して持って行ったのですが食材だけでBBQ⇒花火⇒星空観察まで自宅で過ごすように楽しめました。またウィンターシーズンにも訪れたいです。※隣の新しい設備が非常に気になりました。

とてもキレイで良い宿でした！宿前が急な坂道なので、スタッドレスでも四駆でなかったので上がれなくなり、ロードサービス頼みました。動けない間も、スタッフがスーパーなどに連れて行ってくれてとても助かりました。また行きたいお宿です。

Location was beautiful and worked for 2 adults and 4 children but would be a bit cramped for 6+ adults. The on-site manager was outstanding and responsive. The only two negatives were the steep incline down to the property and this side of the mountain offers no good slope area for beginners. In the winter 4x4 or AWD with chains is required to drive out of the property.

Zen chalets was a great place to stay in Hakuba valley. It is a 5 minute walk to the bottom of Happo-one resort and next to many bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly nice and extremely accomadating. 10/10 would reccomend.

Great place to stay for your ski holiday in Hakuba. Very nice, modern and clean house, close to the Happo Gondola and a number of restaurants. The service was absolutely great and the staff is lovely! Will definitely stay here if I come back!

Great location with a short walk to either Happo Gondola or Evergreen ski schools. Family of 4 (kids 8 & 2) fit comfortably. Staff was friendly and helpful with pickup/drop off and even a grocery store run on the first day. Will definitely consider again on a future visit to Hakuba!
