Very spacious and comfortable bed. The food is really amazing and you order to room service. This is a really good place!

Very modern and clean hotel in a secured location. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Interesting place. You can tell it is very new! Biggest issue was that we booked a 'family room', a 2-bedroom suite, on expedia, which doesn't actually exist at the hotel. They gave us 2 regular rooms for the same price, with an adjoining door. This was sort of ok - but it did mean that our toddler was sleeping really far away from us, since both rooms have a kitchen and living room and everything, so that wasn't great. I think all the rooms in the hotel are the same, so this should be updated on Expedia. Otherwise - place was very clean, amenities nice, bed comfortable, staff friendly. The location was convenient for us that night, which is why we booked it. The building and walls are not sound proof - so it's not totally quiet, but luckily the area is relatively quiet, so wasn't too bad for nairobi. The breakfast was also pretty random - a big selection of sandwiches, but it worked.

It is a nice hotel with great customer service from employees.
