Excellent staff in all areas. Intelligent, knowledgeable, capable, and very pleasant. First stayed here in Dec 1996. Stayed a week this time. A real oasis in the world.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations. At check-in, I was given a room on a lower floor. During the night, there was a loud mechanical noise that made it extremely difficult to sleep. I complained to the reception, and they turned off and turn it back on later. The noise persisted, making it a very unpleasant and restless night. I expected better comfort and service, especially after paying for a Suite with sea view. This stay was disappointing and not up to the standard.
