Very comfortable hotel very good restaurants

自助早餐还算不错的，西点较丰富，比较合本人口味。但酒店电梯运行不正常，不知是供电还是设备问题，有时要等候十几分钟，一天里常常无故断电，但秒内又可继上，有点莫名其妙，大堂经理及服务人員很友善。

我們預定是含有早餐的，但是早上去說沒有，他們后來說搞錯了，搞到我們三個人走上走下兩次，實在太差了，只好另外換洒店

是永珍最好的一家酒店。設施服務均是符合5星級的標準，唯離市中心稍微遠一點。

Rooms give a modern feel and it is very clean everywhere. The pool is the highlight of the hotel with the in-water benches, and lovely drinks from the poolside bar.

We had a great stay at this Crowne Plaza. The staff was excellent! From arrival to departure, we felt taken care of. The room was huge and the bathroom had a private commode, a must for a 5-star hotel. The Elephant Lounge was great, 5-star service. The Mosaic could use some help. They only had one wine list so we had to wait until other tables were done with it, not 5-stars at all. The food was mediocre too. Overall a great stay. Thank you staff for making our stay extra special.

Hotel Review This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and bright, and I was really pleased with my first stay — that’s why I decided to come back. This last time, though, I felt the service was a little less attentive. The check-in staff were great, and the door staff were very, very helpful — truly excellent. However, the bar and food area staff, while polite, didn’t feel very genuine to me. One major issue that really stood out this time was the mosquitoes. They were bad everywhere — in the lobby, the restrooms, and especially outside near the ponds. The hotel seriously needs to address the mosquito problem to make it more comfortable for guests. Overall, it’s still a clean and beautiful place, but service consistency and pest control definitely need improvement.

Overall a great hotel. Food was really good. Staff were pleasant. Only complaint is the room smelled a little mildewed.

Ett hotell med mycket bra service. Fina rum, bra frukost och trevlig pool. Vi hade tillgång till lounge och den var verkligen bra. Rekommenderar verkligen hotellet
