Wir hatten ein Super Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer verfügbar. Das Hotel war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Für kleine Kinder würde ich es nicht empfehlen, weil es abends doch sehr laut ist, vor allem am Wochenende. Aber wir werden das Hotel bestimmt nochmal besuchen. Merci an das Team für die Freundlichkeit :)

Mitt første opphold på dette hotellet var over ett år siden. Har siden hatt 4 reiser til Libanon og sørger alltid i forkant at det er ledig rom på dette hotellet da jeg alltid stortrives her. Det er veldig sentralt og kort vei til flere fine atraksjoner. Selve hotellet er veldig profosjonelt drevet og jeg har ikke til nå hatt noen ting å være misførnøyd med. Viktigst av alt er at personalt og dagligleder sørger alltid for å umiddelbart rette opp i alle ting som skulle oppstå som kunder ønsker forbedret. Mohammad som er nattevakt i baren er spesielt profosjonell og gir glimrende god service.

the room was good, cozy and clean. service was good, the front desk, ushers, valet etc... are were helpful. still don't know why water bottles are a commodity i was excepting two big water bottles, there two small but it is a small issue. also i found a small beetle inside the room but it was possibly because we opened the windows and came from outside, but overall all was super clean and comfy.
