Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again

The hotel is located near the old town. We take 15 mins taxi from airport to the hotel. And 15 mins walk to train station.
The location is good. The room is tidy. But there is no installation of exhaust fan in the toilet which is not acceptable.

Arnaque !!!Sur le site de l'hôtel marque "transfer a l'aéroport ", "chattle". Reelement même si vous demander commander le taxi pour vous, l'administration vous dit: débrouille vous! Hôtel vieille, dans ma chambre des rideaux absentent et toute la nuit il faut tourner pour éviter la lumière de lampion en face de ma fenêtre. De-ce-vent!

Séjour en chambre économique... Bonne pour une nuit. Par contre pas d'accueil, juste un message avec le code et la clef.. j'avais cru lire qu'il y a avait un restaurant / pizzeria je la cherche encore et le véritable défaut c'est le parking qui est non gratuit ! 2€50 de l'heure (8h/22h) en zone rouge (vous avez intérêt à avoir l'application unipark). Je pense qu'à un moment il y en avait un de free parking par l'arrière courette, mais ce n'est plus le cas... Cela change le coût du séjour.. il faudrait peut être actualisé

Lokationen var fint - let at finde, tæt på togstationen og ikke langt fra lufthavnsbussen.
Ingen personer i receptionen på noget som helst tidspunkt. Kommunikation virkede dog fint over WhatsApp ... men det er alligevel lidt underligt.
Der var kun rengøring en dag ud af to. Der var dog ikke behov for det, så det var ret unædvengist at ønske mere.
Det eneste der måske skal nævnes er, at sengen var MEGET blød - måske er det ikke i alles smag. Jeg sov nu fint i den.
Og endeligt så må jeg altid spørge mig selv "Ville jeg bo der igen?" ... og svaret er ja. Det var "okay".

The property was okay and mostly clean. But the shower drain seems to be clogged because the water stayed in the shower for a long time. Except for the cleaning staff, we did not see any other staff. Thus we cannot judge any staff.

avoid this hotel. No staff on site. ad to call to get instructions to get in. No heat. Had to plug in refrigerator to make it work. No free parking from 8AM to 8PM. Fined7 euros because did not know it was free. Paid 18 euros to park the next day. Next day 2 towels replaced. No new tea bags, garbage not emptied and comforters not even straightened. Beds were terrible, went down I foot whensat on. Not all hall lights worked. Asked to leave 8 euros for city tax. Very BAD experience.

We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good .

A cama do quarto é muito pequena e o colchão é aqueles de mola, o que torna desconfortável ao dormir. A localização pelo contrário é muito boa! Não há serviço de recepção, o que deixa a desejar no check-out pois gostaria de ter deixado minhas malas na recepção para continuar passeando na cidade até o meu voo, disseram por atendimento por SMS para deixar na recepção, entretanto não haveria ninguém para ver e poderiam facilmente serem roubadas...

Hyvät sängyt, siisti huone. Ainoa ongelma oli sisäänkirjautumisessa. Hotellissa ei ollut asiakaspalvelijaa paikalla, ja en saanut kirjautumistietoja ajoissa. Yritin soittaa asiakaspalveluun mutta vastasivat vasta toisella kerralla. He lähettivät kirjautumistiedot ja sen jälkeen kaikki sujui ongelmitta.

Convenient for railway station and Old Town.
Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. After 3 days, the lights in the elevator failed.
When I pointed these issues to the occasional receptionist, I was told that if I didn't like the hotel, I could always find another hotel.
