For the service highlight: The tall, thin man, who helped us with our luggage, always with big smiles on his face and greeted guests when they were back hotel. And after we called for room air problems, he came to see the air conditioner thing and helped us to change a room with window. Special thanks to him! Room hightlights: Room is new, clean and well designed. Bed is super comfortable!! We had really wonderful deep sleep there. But the air conditioner worked very slow, sometimes we couldn’t feel the air flowing. A room with a window would be better. Fair price for such a good hotel. Good deal and recommended.

No wifi in the room and elevators was a disaster. 5 minutes waiting each time using the elevators in the morning.

Nice location, okay staff, new hotel, gym has no essential equipment which is very upsetting. Expedia parking price is lower than what they will charge you at the property which is a little bit awkward. Overall an okay stay.

Mycket fint hotell, rent och fräscht, rymligt rum med sköna sängar och bra kvalitet på kuddar. Fantastiskt badrum! Fin restaurang och bar, trevlig personal. Litet kylskåp på rummet och i receptionen säljer de dryck och snacks. Tyvärr fick vi ett rum mot baksidan av hotellet där det pågår ett stort bygge på tomten mitt emot, vi blev väckta 7 varje morgon av omfattande byggljud men det är ju inte hotellets fel. Läget är ok i Vilnius affärsdistrikt med promenadavstånd till gamla stan.

Siisti ja uusi hotelli. Henkilökunta kohteliasta ja avuliasta. Hotellin yhteydessä mukava ravintola. Sijainti on myös suht keskeinen ja parkkihallin käyttäminen toimii erinomaisesti.

Few minutes walk outside of the old town. Nice eating spots nearby. Friendly staff and clean modern rooms.

Es war alles super

Everything was good, but description on Hotels.com is misleading: slippers and bathrobe were only by request (not sure that the latter were available, because I only asked for slippers, because it was too cold in the room). No Netflix, and screen mirroring didn’t work. Also, I was expecting capsule coffeemaker but it was just a kettle. So, I would say the stay was OK, but the description should be corrected.

Equipe gentil, quarto super espaçoso, dependências bonitas, elevador super rápido, restaurante para jantar muito bom (experimentem a sobremesa de framboesa) e o café da manhã é completo por um preço justo.
