Good food in restorant and clean room. But breakfast was a huge dissapointment.

Det ville være rigtig fint hvis man opgradere morgenmaden. Det er en lidt kedelig buffet - ikke mindst når man bor mange dage på hotellet. Desuden max koldt i morgenmadsrestauranten. Flyt den nedenunder i Pjas lokalerne. Vil gerne betale lidt mere for morgenmad

The room is okay, I had 3 nights at the hotel, it was very cold and they have problems with the heating in the Pizzajazz restaurant, but all in all okay. I have spend many nights at this hotel over the last 15 years, and breakfast have always been included, now price is 12 EUR, but because there was very few guest, I could see that they use the same cheese, egg etc. all 3 mornings where we stay there, very small assortment, and very cold room, and limit smile from the staff:-) Can you stay at Mercure YES, but service isn´t good anymore compare 10 years ago.

Breakfast was very limited a d most option had run out. The waitress didn’t speak English when asked if there was more being cooked

The hotel was clean, modern and well-placed. The staff was helpful, and the room was comfortable.

Reception area is well kept up and well renovated. Rooms are dated and old

Fire dager! 2 kaffikapsler! Personalet virket uvitende! Tomt for brød ved frokost! Lire imponert! Harde senger! Tomt for såpe i dusj! Ingen etterfylling på 4 dager! Skuffende. Hadde forventet betre!

Whilst a nice hotel, we arrived to find a huge festival right next to the hotel which continued until after midnight with very loud music & the bass being felt in the room. We couldn’t change room as the hotel was fully booked & so our window overlooked the loud concert. This clearly impacted our sleep. Why the hotel did not think to inform guests of this I am unsure. Photo from our room below. They also failed to tell us that the roads leading to the hotel had barriers in place to stop us driving to the hotel. We had to leave the car & walk to the hotel to find out how to access it. The answer from reception was to just drive around the barriers on the wrong side of the road. Overall a restless night & lack of communication from the hotel.

Korkeintaan kohtalainen hotelli hyvän hotellin hinnalla. Respan henkilökunta ei ollut kovin asiakaspalveluhenkistä. Aamupala voisi olla laajempi. Sängyt jo niin kuluneita, että viettivät keskelle sänkyä. Vaikka olimme kylpylähotellissa, emme kylpylään päässeet koko viikonlopun aikana. Jatkossa valitsen eri majoituksen.

Halvempaa kuin esimerkiksi Kaunasissa. Hotellissa hyvät ravintola palvelut ja hyvä aamupala.

Yhden yön lyhyt vierailu. Hotelli on siisti ja hyvä aamiainen.

Dobry hotel ale trochę stare wyposażenie. Śniadania średnie. Czajnik w pokoju.

A bit dissapointed. Staff turned off the lights in the restaurant when the bar closed. about 17 people suddenly sat there pitch dark. alot of people where angry. we bought beer 5 mins earlier
