The suite we had was beautiful. Great bed and great shower! The staff were really helpful especially with the dog. Parking and dog were extra by quite a bit but good to have available.

The building and room (suite) was lovely, the bed super comfy and all in a perfect location. But, the daily cleaning of the room could have been a bit more thorough. And when we asked for some still water before bed (on the first day there was a bottle in the room), we were sent down to the bar, where we had to buy a bottle for 8euros!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was incredible loud smoke was drifting in the room from the bar scene outside. There is no air conditioning and we had to request a fan for air circulation because we could not open the windows. Half of the outlets did not work in the room. We will not be back.

Hotellet var över förväntan! Trevligt läge i gamla stan, mycket fräscht och nyrenoverat. Fantastisk frukost! Hissen gick inte ända ner till receptionen, utan man fick gå en våning, vilket kan vara svårt med stora bagage. Dock hjälpte personalen snabbt att bära. Rekommenderas varmt!

This hotel has a very good location in the old parts of Luxembourg. The room was excellent, clean and quiet. The restaurant is good and the staff was very helpful

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the staff are friendly. It would be fantastic all around, if it were possible to get any sleep. All night long - from 9PM until close to 4AM - there are people yelling and drinking at the many bars around. There is also loud, throbbing techno music that comes through the walls, floors, and window. When you check in, they cheekily offer you earplugs and say "it probably won't be that bad but just in case...". That's a bad sign. It's awful. Absolutely awful. It reminded me of trying to sleep in a Thai hostel, except it costs €300 a night to be kept up by partying rather than €3. Maybe it's not so bad on the weekdays... Or maybe it's fun if you want to stay out all night joining in the party... But if you are here for work, with a family, or just enjoy a decent night's sleep, then this is NOT the hotel to stay at. I didn't see any reviews about this when I checked before booking. I hope someone reads this one. I cannot recommend this hotel. It's a shame too, as the property is historic and beautiful. But I'd rather stay in a terrible motel and be able to sleep than a beautiful hotel that's being screamed, laughed, and thump thump thumped all night long. Ugh.

Amazing location, walking distance from main attractions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Seemed newly renovated. The staff at reception and the restaurant was super welcoming and helpful. I will strongly recommend it!

Schönes Hotel in altem Gebäude am Rande der Fussgängerzone in der Oberstadt. Kurze Wege zu den Kasematten als auch zu Restaurants oder Einkaufsstrasse.

Excellent location, staff and facilities. Only improvement would be to have air conditioning in the room as it got incredibly hot at night.

We would NOT recommend this hotel unless you want to be awake until 2:00am. If you like the nightlife then choose this place. No air conditioning and only one fan in the whole suite which meant keeping the windows open…. Which means you CANNOT SLEEP until 2:00am. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Parking was 1/2 mile away in a sketchy underground parking garage that was so tight it was scary in a brand new sports car. We had to carry our luggage that 1/2 mile. Very nice staff and the breakfast was very good but it didn’t make up for all the rest of the issues.

Amazing! 1 minute to the Palace and city center. Christofe is very kind and care of us explaining how to organize the visit to the casamates and Grund.

Fantastic location for tours, sightseeing and evening entertainment. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. It had a separate lounge/ second bedroom and a very spacious ensuite. Because of its central location there is a bit of noise from the bars and clubs but the windows are double glazed so little gets through, unfortunately this made the room a bit stuffy and could have really done with air-con.

Hotel ist gut n Fussgängerzone kaum zu finden. Hotel hat gar keinen Parkplatz , nur öffentliches Parkhaus weit entfernt. Parken muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden - keine Hotel Beteiligung. Frühstück muss separat bestellt und bezahlt werden . Somit ist das Hotel zu teuer und schlecht beschrieben .

Great location for the main attractions, shops and dining. But not so good for noise levels. Very loud bar around the corner blasting out music into the early hours.
