Hôtel agréable, propre avec belle piscine et SPA Bémol, le confort de la literie : matelas pas spécialement moelleux, oreiller trop gros et édredron trop lourd

This was a nice hotel. The property is a little tired but not enough to cause a problem. Our room was very clean, big and comfortable. TV worked, but had no English language channels. One criticism would be no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was a safe for valuables in the room. The hotel has a good pool and spa centre. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The area was nice and quite. There are about 4 restaurants right next to the hotel offering a good selection of menus. We managed to park for free just outside the hotel, but spaces are limited. I believe parking in the hotel is approx 15 euros. Overall a nice pleasant comfortable hotel.

Meget pænt ældre hotel med lækkert Brasserie tilknyttet. Det er dog meget stort og uoverskueligt at finde rundt i de snørklede mørke gange og trapper for at komme til værelserne. Som om hotellet er lagt sammen med flere bygninger igennem årene. Personale super venligt. Ved check-in kunne vi godt have fået bedre vejledning til at finde rundt på hotellet.

Trevlig stad och ok rum. Vi nyttjade inte spa-faciliteterna som ingick. Inredningen kändes lite gammal och vi hade fått lakan med hål i vilket de erbjöd sig ordna. Ok för att sova en natt.

A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. The room was excellent, with a nice view of the town square. It was large with a king size bed, and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was plentiful with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The spa was an added bonus. Overall, a superb hotel.

Beautiful hotel and lovely little city. Not the best service however. Slow checkin as there was a large number of people ahead at the reception. Caused us to check in too late to be able to get any food or even a sandwich

I had a perfect mini break! I arrived utterly exhausted after a 12 hours journey and was immediately upgraded! Facilities are excellent, the Spa was immaculate. Food was delicious and generous. The only negative was the need to invest in air conditioning.

Bra hotel och bra pris. För varmt rum och ingen ac. Härligt med spa. Okej frukost.

Hotel ligt gunstig, parkeren geen probleem en kamer prima, helaas geen airconditioning. Nadeel vond ik dat als ik ‘s nachts naar badkamer ging de verlichting aanspringt met veel lucht 😟😟

Hotel vieillot, chambre des années 90 avec odeurs d'humidité. Vu sur une bache imprimée "forêt", personnel a l'accueil désagréable, et pour couronner lectout refusé au restaurant de l'établissement a 20h55 car les cuisine étaient fermées.... Un point positif: le petit déjeuner

The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one). There is parking available but not free. The staff did not make that clear. The parking spots are pretty small. The only downside was the lack of clear communication from all staff.

Netjes, kamers zijn wat gedateerd, parkeren in parkeergarage goed, prima gelegen in centrum.

Check-in was horrible. AFTER pulling into the parking garage entrance, there's a closed gate and a sign saying"check in first". After calling the front desk, we were grudgingly let into the garage "for just a couple minutes". That seemed rude -- not nearly enough time for us to unload and bring our luggage to the front desk. The hotel is at the end of a pedestrian street, so there's nowhere else to unload. At the front desk we find that "parking available" is a big MAYBE. You're supposed (try to) to reserve parking when you reserve a room. But there's only a couple dozen spaces in the garage, not nearly enough for all the guests. Front desk clerk rattled off the locations of 3 nearby parking lots but did not have maps. Turns out our room was in a separate building, reached by going outside, turning left, door on the left a ways down, before the statue. Glad it didn't rain while we were here. The location was fine for what we planned on doing, neighborhood and restaurants were good,

Very nice room

Mooi hotel, rustige kamers, lekker uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ideaal dat er een restaurant in het hotel zelf is. Ook de spa is genieten. In het dorpje zelf valt er niets te beleven.

Nette locatie, parkeergelegenheid is aanwezig. Indien vol wel lastig eruit te komen. Kamer was schoon. Hier en daar wel wat deurtjes die niet sluiten/half hangen van bv de koelkast. Dag vooraf gebeld of er een koffiezetapparaat op onze kamer zou staan. Was niet standaard bij onze kamer, bij aankomst stond die er wel 😁

Very expensive for a tired looking hotel. When you include extra charges for breakfast for a family of 3 it is rather costly. On a postive note the staff were very friendly and helpful

Seule bémol c'est le gps qui indique mal l'emplacement de l'hôtel et une contradiction entre le veilleur de nuit qui nous dit que la chambre est déjà payée alors la réceptionniste du matin nous dit qu'il fallait payé la chambre.

In der direkten Umgebung ist nichts. Der Italiäner ist sehr gut gegenüber, Steaks and More geht gar nicht.
