這次入住,感謝升級了房間及送了一個蛋糕.雖然是遲了入住,但可以先寄存行李,再出去午餐回來都是剛好的.如日後可提前些更好.
服務人員態度很好,會主動介紹設施及去處~另有個小食區可提供小吃及飲品,種類不多,但可接受.
此酒店很適合親子,預訂時有備註帳篷床給小孩.床墊不是一般薄身,我覺得幾好.小孩非常開心.貼心準備多樣兒童用品.除了shuttle真的要點時間等待,或可選擇輕軌一個站到官也街.
浪淘園及童樂坊都在銀河那邊~如不搭shuttle,行去大約15mins.

Very kids friendly and the hotel room came with lots of complimentary items for kids and family. They even set up a tank for my kids inside the room which is more interesting than a baby cot.

飯店不在主要銀河的八棟建築物之內，且連接的空橋設施尚未建好，所以你會有很大的機會需要穿著游泳衣穿過外面大馬路到達主樓，這點極為不便。入住時間表訂三點，但因遊客多人手少，三點半能拿到房間就不錯了。房間比想像中小，像香港的飯店而不像銀河其他飯店的房間，備品用得相當好，尤其是拖鞋

Well, there are a lot to say!
First, The checkin is smooth and no waiting for the room plus you have a lounge for ALL resident to have some refreshment while waiting. The receptionist is really kind and helpful, which would ask you things of your journey; not those indifferent staff.
For the room, it has a free mini-bar (and a whole pack of snacks) and very decent amenities which are incomparable from other hotel!! They provided you with steam mask and glasses wipe while you are out, with filled amenities which is quite caring. Everything so far so good!
Important things to be noticed:
-All Room with Balcony must located on 8/F, which is lowest among all residents rooms.
Checkin Lobby on 6/F.
-Room have earplugs provided, Shaver and shower cap etc.
-Swimming Pool is around 15m (officially claimed 19m) for swim as there is few meters that are too shallow to swim. There are around 6-8 people at the time of 9-930pm.
-Gym room have adequate equipments for training, not only dumbbells and running machine.
-Checkin slightly Earlier (14:00-14:30) during holiday to prevent long quene.

整個服務沒話說，紀念日還送了蛋糕。漂亮又乾淨。但1個房間4點才整理好，另外一間快5點才拿到。11點就退房，實在心累。600多吃2份早餐，check out 說送的現金券不能抵用。是我太傻還是這個世界太險惡。哈哈
