Free shuttle from all gates and borders. The hotel is very clean. They provide 4 cans of drink for free in the refrigerator. Each room has a bathtub. We stayed in the river view room. Part of Galaxy Hotel. Walking distance to Venetian and Studio City. There are food streets in the hotel area. Easy to have hot food.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis. Untuk menuju hotel dari dan menujur airport sangat mudah. Pada saat sampai pakai bus menuju Galaxy Macau, setelah itu lanjut pakai shuttle untuk ke Broadway Hotel. Transportasi seperti bus langsung ada di depan hotel halte-nya. Ada jembatan penyeberangan yang bisa langsung ke Galaxy Macau. Di depan hotel ada food street, CK dan ATM yang sangat mudah dijangkau. Kamar luas dan sangat nyaman, tidak ada masalah apapun, menginap 2 hari disediakan lagi untuk mineral water-nya. Saya suka sekali sama pewangi di lobby dan sekitaran hotel. Untuk para staff sangat ramah pada saat check in tidak disulitkan, dan untuk pelayanan di restaurant saya sangat senang karena saya muslim dan ada staff orang Indonesia yang membantu untuk memilih makanan. Terima kasih! Sangat recommended untuk menginap di sini!

Very beautiful hotel, conveniently near the airport and quieter area of Macau, link bridge to banyan trees/Galaxy hotel was so convenient as there’s a lot of food and shops to walk around. Walkable distant to taipa old village where you get relatively good traditional Portuguese food. Recommended.

1. no taxi, thinking it is Macau's common problem
2. Hotel should have direct shuttle to 2 piers
3. swimming pool opening time at 10:00am is too late, and not making sense. Everybody were waiting for swimming especially children wake up early. Usually hotel swimming pool's opening at 7:00 or 8:00am. After that, guests to have breakfast.

A hotel with good price and great access to the facilities of Galaxy Macau even though we have to walk 15 mins to Galaxy Macau. The room is comfortable and clean- we particularly appreciated that two connecting rooms were arranged for us as it was a family trip. Nice, extra service of Portuguese egg tarts at 3pm though we wish the tarts were hotter! Also, it would be nice if the pool were opened earlier - opening at 10am is a bit too late as the sun is already getting strong at that hour.

This is the 4-5 times I stayed in this hotel. But the room seems to have mosquitos, as me and my wife got few bites. Therefore, I have to turn the air-conditioner very cold to avoid this problem. Found bug inside the salad during free breakfast. BAD LUCK!!! Manager apologies to me, as he explained that the pest control company did not come the night before. The second morning is fine.

樓下就是百老匯食街吃飯很方便。但最近的穿梭巴要走到銀河水晶大堂，大概走10-25分鐘太遠了。

住宿前在訂單有備注一些兒童需求，也有寫信確認，但一進門什麼都沒準備，是事後才敲門進房開始用，而且也備錯兒童用品，所以覺得沒有網路上其他遊客說的那麼貼心。早餐5歲以內要額外收54元，小孩基本上吃不多。其餘服務我覺得不錯，旁邊還有大街可以吃東西方便。缺點是接駁車比較不方便，需要搭到銀河酒店才能再換車
