1월에 갔는데 혼자 5박이나 하였습니다. 직원들의 친절은 다른 중저가 호텔들과는 비교도 안될정도로 매우 친절하였습니다. 특히 너무너무 감사했던 점은 5박6일이나 긴 시간 머무르니 마지막날 체크아웃 시간을 넉넉히 해줄 수 없는지 조심스레 여쭤봤는데 흔쾌히 2시까지로 늘려주었습니다. 물론 5박6일이나 한 곳에 결제 했었기에 해주었을 수도 있지만 일반적으로 안된다고 할텐데 기분좋게 바로 수용해주셔서 너무 감동이였고 2시에 나가는 걸 허락해주니 시간적으로참 여유 있고 좋았습니다.
아주 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 1월이라 그런지 히터를 틀었는데도 난방시설이 원활하게 작동하지 않아서 방이 추운 느낌이 들었습니다. 하지만 이불을 덮고 있어서 어느정도 괜찮았습니다. 결론은 가격대비 매우매우 만족했습니다.

The hotel location is superb, it has a super nice view to Macau and is conveniently situated near the main bridge so most buses stop there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not very big so it is easy to get by. Although it is near the residential area of Taipa, its surrounding greenery makes us feel like we are staying in the suburb and could really relax while enjoying the sound of birds and the colonial ambience at the resort. With the sauna, steam, spa and big swimming pool (all are free of charge), this hotel is of great value!

整體住宿情況不錯，只是有兩方面希望酒店能留意一下。1，酒店的渡假村設施收下午八點有些早，如收九點會更方便入住的客人。2，當天吃早餐時見不少人站在食物檯附近不停用手直接取食物，面非用預備的夾子，令衛生程度太減，而且他們不坐下食，像自己家一樣邊行邊吃，觀感頗差。職員不多，亦沒有勤勸喻他們，令酒店整體格調下降不少。
