The service and room amenities are nice. The restaurants serve wonderful food and the waiters are very helpful and polite. There are shuttle buses to different hotels which is a plus because the hotel isn’t located in the city centre. Another plus is the supermarket. We can buy snacks and all daily necessities there.
However, the TV remote control is difficult to use even we are using it right in front of the TV. Maybe there’s a problem with the sensor.
One more problem is the bathtub. We wanted to enjoy bathing but we could never fill up the bath tub even after half an hour. We didn’t report this problem to the front desk or house keeping because it’s to late at night. Pls check and maintain the bathtubs to ensure they are in good condition.

這次訂兩間房一間排在湖景看到澳門塔，一間排在城市景看到葡京酒店的夜景，兩邊都很漂亮。
覺得這間酒店很舒服，房間內的設備也很新穎。散步到周邊的古蹟區，也不會太遠。
的確會要求一間房間要刷2000澳幣的保證金。如果下雨想要借傘還會要求$200的押金服務人員有的客氣有的比較不客氣，這個部分的觀感就看個人遇到什麼狀況了。

酒店走輕奢風格，建築內櫳不錯；
我選了海景房，觀光塔、西環、南環湖及海景一覽無遺；
可惜遇雷暴警告，未能進入泳池；
到巴士站只需步行2分鐘，但車流多而急，過馬路時需注意安全；
Check in 時間較慢，前線女職員大部份均欠笑容及眼神接觸；
男前線職員則明顯較親切有禮；
冰霜不凍，於酒店超市買回來的雪條放冰箱1小時全融化作奶昔；
電視接收訊號差，成日自動轉無聲

被安排的房間對着對面房間玻璃外牆，牆身像鏡子，樓上樓下住客晚上若開了燈，我可以看到房內情况。為了不想看到別人私隱，祗好把窗簾長期關上。

However, the TV remote control is difficult to use even we are using it right in front of the TV. Maybe there’s a problem with the sensor.
One more problem is the bathtub. We wanted to enjoy bathing but we could never fill up the bath tub even after half an hour. We didn’t report this problem to the front desk or house keeping because it’s to late at night. Pls check and maintain the bathtubs to ensure they are in good condition.
