first of all, this hotel were beyond our expectation regarding all aspect, room was big for budget hotel, clean, near eat and shopping district, and the most important thing are cheap! there's also a shuttle transit directly to/from airport, hence if you're experiencing delay or wanted to stay near an airport, this hotel are top notch!

Stayed in Deluxe Queen room with no breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious. A little bit noisy at night that time, like a machine operating outside, but was ok for me. Surrounded by lots of eateries and marts, took 15 to 20 minutes to the airports. Worth the price, outstanding hotel overall.

I spent one night at this hotel. The room is large and clean for a budget hotel standard. So does the bathroom! Mini markets and restaurants are nearby. Close to the airport. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. They also have airport shuttle car for only 10 RM, and departed on time even though I was the only one who needed this service on the next day. Very recommended !

Hotel transit yang bersih dan nyaman. Dekat hotel banyak yang jual makanan seperti McDonald's, nasi lemak, nasi India, canai, dan banyak lagi. Petugas hotel ramah dan mudah mendapatkan taksi ke bandara. Harga taksi dari hotel ke bandara standar. Amanah deh hotelnya.

saya menginap di hotel hanya 7 jam saja karena hanya untuk menunggu penerbangan pagi. Untuk lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari bandara udara sehingga saya memilih hotel ini & hotel ini ada kerjasama dengan rental mobil yang bisa antar ke bandara yang siap 24 jam, jadi kami tidak kwatir terlambat. Untuk fasilitas sangat kurang, seperti tidak ada lift untuk orang hanya bisa untuk barang saja & waktu saya check out jam 4 pagi petugasnya tidak ada & lift di kunci. Jadi saya terpaksa menurunkan barang-barang saya lewat tangga dari lantai 2. Ke dua tidak ada air panas untuk mandi. Ke tiga lokasi kamar kami jauh dari resepsionis & beda gedung serta kontur jalan ke kamar naik turun. ke empat ruang tidur sangat kecil. Tapi karena kami hanya sebentar ya terpaksa, buat mandi & tidur sejenak. Untuk kebersihan ya ala kadarnya yang penting tidak bau & tidak ada binatang/serangga yang berbahaya. Untuk transit saja masih ok lah. trimakasih.

This hotel is good for transit, but not toddler-friendly. The hotel has two buildings. Ask them for the front building so you don't need to climb the high stairs. Staff not nice.

lucky this time i got the room at the front building i dont have to climb the stairs at the behind building because I am travel with my baby. this is the second time i stay at this hotel. first time I came and they give me room at the behind building.. its very bad experience i have to carry my own luggage with toddler and nobody help me and I have to climb the high stairs with heavy luggage. whoever want to book this hotel, ask them for front of building. the staff is not nice.. some room have kettle some room is dont have. my room dont have any kettle hot water. i choose this hotel because near with food and next to minimart

Just so so and if you just spend a night this would be so good because near to the airport. But you have to bring your own toothbrush since this hotel doesn't provide you. The AC is not really cold in my bedroom.

Tempatnya nyaman banget kalo mau overnight transit. Caranya gampang dari KLIA 1, tinggal naik grab 30 RM/mobil, bisa untuk 3 orang. Naik dari pintu 4 kedatangan lantai 1. AC nyaman, air hangat, tempat cukup luas untuk berdua. Terbang pagi lagi, tinggal naik grab lagi 30 RM. Super convinience. Value for money.

The room is clean and the service is good. They can provide airport pick up and drop. It easy to find food around the hotel. The problem is the wifi because when I stayed here the wifi doesn't work well. They said because the room is full so it effect the wifi connection so I decide not to use the wifi.

The distance is close from the airport, with a grab car you pay RM30. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has many shops, fast food restaurants, 24-hour mini markets, and hamburger vendors. So no need to worry midnight if you want to eat.
