Strategis, deket sama Terminal bis komtar, tinggal jalan kaki. Dari komtar naik CAT (free bus) buat berkeliling bisa, naik bis buat ke airport juga bisa (401e). Sebelah hotel ada warung halal masakan thailand, andalan kalau malem abis jalan-jalan mager cari makan. Hotel menyediakan dispenser air panas dan dingin di lobby, pengen bikin anget-anget bisa, penuhin air buat bekal jalan-jalan bisa. Udah checkout, nitip koper dulu pun boleh!

Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 2 per room per night. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
1. An important note, this hotel is a self check-in hotel hence the guest are required to check in themselves. 2. Should the guest unable to self-in, you may walk to 118 Hotel Macalister, a 5-10 mins walk away to proceed with the check-in. 3. The guest will also need to contact the hotel 2 days in advance to make a refundable security deposit payment arrangement of RM 50.00 / IDR 165,200.00. 4. Should there be any concern, do also feel free to contact 012-5287118.

Bapak-bapak staff hotelnya baik banget, koper aku segede gaban dibantu angkat sampai ke atas. Mungkin selanjutnya bisa dipasang lift biar lebih mantap lagi ya, bapak.

Kamarnya bersih meski tidak terlalu luas, hotelnya lumayan strategis, tapi agak susah cari lokasi tepatnya kalau mau pesan grab, Mal jadi tidak pusing kalau cari makanan. staffnya ramah, gercep, di lobby ada kopi dan teh.

I checked in in the late night, reception is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, aircon, bed and bath is great, there is hot water ready. I stay for 2 nights. Location is very convenient, many restaurant and hawkers can be reached by walking distance. Thank you very much

Kamarnya kecil, standard lah, tapi bersih, kamar mandi juga standard. Ada air panasnya juga, hotelnya gampang dicari, dekat komtar dan di sekitar hotel dekat untuk ke restoran yang murah meriah juga, boleh lah kalau hanya untuk sekedar tidur 1 malam.

hotel nya gampang u d cari dekat dgn comtar + nasi kandar yg murah ukuran kamar nya kecil , tp ok ada ac + kipas angin juga deposito 50 RM (dibalikin saat cek out) bayar tax tourism 12 RM / kamar
