Abell Hotel Kuching住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Facility Notice
Major Refurbishment closed temporarily from 1-3-2025 to 1-8-2025.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
入住/退房時間
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
· Check-In Time is at 2:00 pm. Check-Out Time is at 12.00 noon.· Late check-out can be arranged subject to room availability or pay 50% off the rack rate. Check out after 6pm is considered a full charge or 1 night. Prior arrangement is require during reservation and / or confirmed by contacting the Front Desk directly.
· Abell Hotel is strictly a NON SMOKING HOTEL. Smoking in the room and within the hotel premises will result in a penalty charge of RM333 per night.
· Room rates are not inclusive of breakfast. Additional Breakfast charges apply if requires.
- Please be informed that Abell Hotel will be undergoing room upgrading and renovations works during the month of May - July 2025. During this time, there will construction activities on certain rooms which may cause noise interruption to our valued guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding as we undertake this improvement works for your future comfort .
- Dear Customers, We would like to inform you that Abell Hotel will be temporarily closed for major refurbishment works from March 1st, 2025, to August 1st, 2025. We appreciate your understanding and support during this period, and we look forward to welcoming you back to our improved facilities.
