Hassel free and comfortable stay! For a homestay, I would say this room is super value for $$. TV signal is clear. Aircon is cold. Walking distance to Aeon Mall.

The only that we appreciated was only the staff Hafiz. In his limited facilities of the apartment he always help us. Just make sure the sheet that in your bed always fit with the size of the mattress. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Hard to check in and check out (almost an hour waiting for the picture appear), smelly room, poor service, water heater not function, deposit not refund even after a day, the worst homestay experience I met, highly not recommended.

Susah check-in dan check-out, tidak ada plang nama, tidak ada contact number yang bisa dihubungi, susah ketemu staf buat check-in dan check-out. Baterai remote TV hampir mati, water heater tidak berfungsi.

This place is ok if you want a sort-of cheap place to crash in for the night. The room was clean and decent. Despite the "hotel" in the name though, this is a unit in a run-down apartment complex. They rent out the rooms individually, and the living room is occupied by the noisy cleaning staff. For just a little bit more you could stay in any of the two real hotels just next door.

Waktu check-in tidak ketemu nama apartemen tersebut di lokasinya, karena tidak ada nama apartemen tersebut tercantum di depan apartemen tersebut, terus ditelepon sama ownernya tidak diangkat-angkat, untung saja ketemu sama satpamnya. Saya pakai grab keliling 3 kali tidak ketemu karena tidak ada nama Apartmen tersebut dicantumkan di depan apartemennya, sungguh susah cari.

Untuk lokasi sangat dekat dengan mal. Kekurangannya waktu check-in tidak diketemukannya remote AC jadi anak-anak susah mau istirahat karena ruangan panas. televisi tidak berfungsi.

Need to improve on cleanliness ( a lot of ants in the bathroom and floor). Not suppose sharing drainage from next bathroom.
A bit noisy at midnight (still can hear phone ringing and people talking downstairs).
