Hidden charges for room cleaning fee. U have to pay it before owner give you instructions to take the room key. Bad.

Very convenient, comfortable place to stay, near to the airport and also near to the city centre. Everything is just get even nicer!

Hati-hati ketika booking. Kena baca nota dilampirkan. Sebab owner kenakan charge RM 50 untuk pembersihan bilik. Harga yang ditawarkan oleh agen online tidak termasuk charge pembersihan bilik. Saya suda kena sampai tidak jadi menginap. Duit muka bayaran hangus begitu sahaja. Harap Owner masukkan sekali caj pembersihan tersebut dalam harga aplikasi agar tidak mengelirukan pelanggan

We love the location & property so much. 5mins drive to town. Sure will stay again here

So far the room is okay but the service is bad cuz we need to find the building by ourself due to late response from the owner and our room change last minutes..

The policy has changed. When we finished booking the hotel we need to pay extra charge called cleaning charge. During the booking the policy didn't show. I regret to book this hotel

Nice & secure place. However, the room isn't sound proof, one can hear noisy kids running along the hall or people talking while walking thro the hall or people on the next unit. (no complain about the sound of the airplanes as I live near an airport) and since it this is operated by individual, one has to wait till the owner is free to reply if there's any inquiries. Fortunately, the owner has precise and convenient instruction upon checking in which makes it easy. (made booking for 2 days but decided to check out after 1 night)

Terdapat caj tersembunyi, caj untuk pembersihan. Harga up selapas kena caj baik duduk hotel harga sama dapat kemudahan lebih banyak. Iorn tak di sediakan 😩 Rasanya ini kali pertama dan terakhir stay sini.

Cleaning fee pay by guest. Almost stay all hotel and homestay, just this room we need extra charges for cleaning fee. Better is, you show price room include the cleaning fee. Let say room rm170 cleaning fee rm60. Total price per room rm230 per night.. So just put rm230 per night. Not satisfied with unreasonable price, because the room don't have television, iron are damage and not yet replace by a new one.

Got cleaning service charge. No iron. Noisy place cause nearest to airport. But the Netflix was awesome. Cosy. Clean. But I rather stay hotel of the price more or less. But feeling home

Terdapat cas tambahan pembersihan yang perlu dibayar oleh pelanggan selepas pembayaran dilakukan. Ia patut dinyatakan sebelum pembayaran tempahan dibuat.

Bilik bersih dan persekitaran yang menyenangkan.
