As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

For one thing, this hotel is at a really strategic area. But, the rooms🤦♀️. I've booked one family room and one double room, and as soon as we have checked in the rooms, the air cond is not functioning, the room somehow has dusty smell. I was kind of regret booking 'em as I had received good reviews bout this hotel. Will not book again in future.

No parking around the hotel. The aircond stopped working at midnight and there is no rooms to change. No compensate anythings for us to sleep at the room with only hot fans. No toiletries in bath room. Only 2 soaps. And the sound others was knocking their doors as there is no room bell and talking was so loud in the early morning, we can’t sleep well.
