我是凱悅酒店集團的忠實粉絲，阿麗拉孟沙酒店就是其中之一。在所有凱悅酒店集團旗下的酒店中，阿麗拉孟沙酒店的價格相當實惠。 * 地理位置：飯店週邊環境並不算特別出眾，但飯店透過一座橋與輕軌紅線相連，這一點非常方便。入住期間我沒有遇到下雨或炎熱的情況。 * 設施：毫無疑問，飯店的所有設施都堪稱一流。唯一的缺點是：沒有按摩浴缸、桑拿房或蒸汽浴室，但每層樓都配備了咖啡機、茶水和無限量供應的小吃，彌補了這一缺憾。 * 員工：服務一流，從入住到退房，員工都非常熱情周到。其中一位員工甚至幫我透過Bolt預訂了接送服務。 在這裡，您花的每一分錢都物有所值。

一切都很棒。舒適、乾淨。我非常高興能住在這裡。

This was my first time staying at Alila Bangsar, and I was very satisfied! The check in/check out process was very smooth and quick, and the room was ready so I was able to check-in early. The room is so spacious with great views, clean and comfy The staff is accommodating and informative Having to go through 3 separate lifts to access my room is a bit of a hassle but that’s small issue for the comfort Alila provides Thank you and would love to stay here again

Ruang kamarnya suka banget, suasana hotelnya suka sekali, best Alila.

Overall was very nice, only a bit far from the city center but worth the money.

Lokasinya dekat sekali dengan LRT dan ada jembatan penyeberangan langsung menuju ke stasiun, sehingga jika ingin bepergian sangat dekat dan nyaman. Letaknya tepat di belakang Little India sehingga banyak orang berjualan makanan di daerah tersebut. Kamar sangat luas, ada sofa yang bisa dijadikan kasur free of charge, tinggal request saja. Jadi, satu kamar bisa ditiduri 4 orang dengan nyaman. Staff-nya sangat ramah dan super helpful, bahkan saat saya butuh kendaraan dari Ipoh ke Genting (di luar tanggung jawab mereka, karena di luar kota) mereka bisa bantu kami booking kendaraan tersebut. Hanya saja, pelayanan saat check in dan check out cukup lama. Breakfast kurang cocok di lidah kami, dan tersedia all day snack dan drink bar di setiap lantai yang enak-enak dan cocok untuk snacking di dalam kamar. Overall, it’s a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Would recommend and definitely come back for next trip to KL.

Nice interior, very convenient, and located just two steps from Bangsar LRT. Staff are attentive, and good food for breakfast with a wide variety.

Very recommended hotel! Jangan ragu untuk booking kamar di hotel ini, baik untuk family trip, couple trip, or single trip. Kamar sangatlah nyaman. Good hospitality. Pelayanan sangat baik dengan team yang sangat ramah. Kebersihan, sangatlah bersih! Lokasi sangat oke. Near from KL Sentral. Dan yang terpenting, hotel ini sangat tenang vibe-nya. Tidak crowded dengan wisatawan (saya tidak suka hotel crowded dan bising atau berisik).

Hotelmya bagus. Kurangnya hanya lift tidak langsung ke lantai dasar.

Over all we enjoy to stay here, d room s comfy, wide space, the breakfast md s not all you can eat. But choice the several menu like petaling street, alila breakfast. We can reach out station by d bridge.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. One thing which I was felt was hassle was to go to the room, you have to take the lift up to 41st floor, then walk across the hotel lobby to their lift corridor. And then take lift down from there to go to the room floor.

Very pleasant stay at AliLa bangsar where the reception staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The room was clean and super comfortable as well. I will come back and stay here again next time for sure. Only cons was that the hotel breakfast wasn't that good.

Really nice hotel, it was a delightful stay. The check-in and out process went smooth. The service was great. The hip restaurant botanica+co just right on the ground floor. The location was fine for my needs, but the neighborhood might not be right fit for everyone.
