Staff hotel ramah, lokasi sangat bagus di samping Alor Street Night Market, bisa jalan kaki ke Pavilon dan beberapa tempat menarik di sekitarnya, makanan enak banyak, transportasi pun mudah, jangan lupa coba nasi lemak Alor Corner kalau menginap di sini, enak dan murah.

Staf ramah apalagi Bg Oman yang orang Bang Lades, dia order Grab buat kami. Bantu angkat tas kami yang besar-besar. Wi-Fi lancar, AC dingin, kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, handuk bersih, sabun full, air panas hidup, selimut bersih, tempat tidur bagus. Hotel di tengah-tengah keramaian pas di simpang Jalan Alor. Buat staf Bg Oman, terima kasih ya.

Hotel cạnh bên phố ẩm thực Alor Food Street, trạm tàu Bukit Bintang, 2 trung tâm thương mại lớn Lot10 và Pavillon. Ở đây buổi tối đông vui vì mọi người thường tụ tập live show tự hát ngay góc ngã 4, góc đối diện với Lot 10. Cạnh phố ẩm thực thì không lo thiếu đồ ăn, sáng ít người bán nhưng vẫn có, còn tầm 5h chiều phố bắt đầu dọn ra nhiều cửa hàng, đồ ăn đa số ngon, hợp miệng du khách. Phòng giá tương đối rẻ, tiện nghi cơ bản (khăn tắm, nước nóng/ lạnh, bình đun nước). Lúc checkin mình bị thu thêm RM20 phí gì đó cho phòng Family, nhưng nói chung sẽ không trả lại.

這裡前台員工都很棒，非常友善熱情。唯一不好的就是客房清潔服務，Ririn，她態度很差！我住的房間窗戶開著，裡面有很多菸頭，所以我自己打掃了。熱水器很髒，天哪，裡面甚至還有蟑螂。

總之，這家飯店位置超棒！每晚約30萬印尼盾，絕對超值。它就在亞羅街入口旁邊，飯店門口就有很多足療店。附近還有亞庇市場和Sevel超市。唯一的缺點就是沒有電梯。就這些了。總之，非常棒！

Di kamar ada tikus, minta pindah kamar malah bilangnya full, sabun cuma dapat batangan, sikat gigi dan odol enggak dapat, teko listrik dalamnya karatan, harga enggak ok, pakai segala minta pajak.

staff sangat ramah dan respon dengan baik. area hotel sangat dekat dengan alor street, mon Chinese beef roti, depan hotel juga ada mini market jadi mudah beli2 kebutuhan. fasilitas kamar mandi bersih tapi air kran/wastafel tidak berfungsi. ada tv tapi tak da remote jadi tak bisa dinyalakan tv nya. overall its ok

First time cek in dsini , kondisi kamar tidak hidup air keran, pelayanan nya tidak cepat , sehingga kami minta refund untk pindah hotel
Tidak ad lift haru naik tangga, apalagi kena lantai 3 , pdhl lokasi dkat skli dengan alor
Tp fasilitas nya tidak mendukung
