As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We loved the pool and the gym. The Xmas Eve buffet could have been better with more quality seafood. Somehow, the seafood tasted bland. We honestly wouldn't mind to pay more for that. There is mould inside the shower cubicle, which signals a deep cleaning is overdue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again.

Breakfast service can be improved. 1st day - over easy eggs were with broken egg yolk 2nd day - no more egg at 830am 3rd day - I was told how to order my eggs when he is not listening when I place my order 4th day - over easy eggs were burnt in 1 side and with broken egg yolk Very disappointed
