Service, room, facilities were all top notch. We also got early check-in during our stay. I'm pretty sure that Amari is one of the best 5-star hotels in Penang.

It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again.

健身室器械算是齊備，如果能增添多部拉背的器械就完美了。
無論是門僮、前台接待員、房間清潔員工、泳池員工、餐廳接待員等等都是非常有禮貌和笑容可掬的，值得讚揚。
酒店附近也有大型美食中心，而擁有Goggle 評分4分以上的餐廳食肆也不泛。
總之以上各點，本人希望能再有機會入住這間5星級酒店。

The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We loved the pool and the gym. The Xmas Eve buffet could have been better with more quality seafood. Somehow, the seafood tasted bland. We honestly wouldn't mind to pay more for that. There is mould inside the shower cubicle, which signals a deep cleaning is overdue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

1st day - over easy eggs were with broken egg yolk
2nd day - no more egg at 830am
3rd day - I was told how to order my eggs when he is not listening when I place my order
4th day - over easy eggs were burnt in 1 side and with broken egg yolk
