I have the best time in the hotel.. The bed is nice.. The Hotel is relatively new and when I had settled in the room the staff has came in to install the mini bar. there are plenty of parking at the front of the hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly. do ask for a room near the lift.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 5.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

房間寬敞漂亮，配有一張超大雙人床，舒適豪華。浴室設施齊全，盥洗用品一應俱全。早餐種類豐富。行李員熱情友善，樂於助人。前台服務周到熱情。唯一的不足是週末屋頂酒吧的音樂聲很大，一直播放到午夜…我的房間在7樓。
不過，下次來馬六甲，我還是會選擇Ames酒店。

Ames has maintained the service and family-friendly environment since the opening day, but during my last check-in, I had to park my car far away from the hotel even though I had noted it in the reservation. Otherwise, Ames is the best in the Ayer Keruh area.

Awesome. Just parking lot inside the building is very uninvited. Doesn't look like a hotel parking to me. It is wise to just park at the open parking area near the hotel entrance if you are even lucky to get one. Other than that, awesome.
