Very nice service apartment. Super clean, super tidy. We faced an issue, but the manager Shazami helped us through it. Great service by the Ascot team and Mr. Shazami. Will surely stay here again.

无论我住在雅诗阁的哪家酒店，我都感到满意，雅诗阁吉隆坡中央酒店也不例外。酒店到火车站很方便，有往返火车站的班车服务，附近有购物中心和许多餐厅，房间宽敞，设施齐全，服务也很棒🙏

重要提示

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 10:30.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Cash payments are accepted only in Malaysian Ringgit. No other currencies are accepted and foreign currency exchange services are not available. In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, higher floor are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds or baby crib in the rooms.

Please be informed with effective from 02 March 2023 parking has been upgraded to cashless parking. Do get ready Touch & Go/ Visa/ Master Card before enter to parking. Parking is chargeable at RM10nett per entry. Please do validate your Touch & Go/ Visa/ Master card at Guest Service Counter before exit from the property to enjoy this special rates as our Guest. Thank you.

Please be informed that the swimming pool at Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur will be temporarily closed for rectification works from Monday, 03rd November 2025 until Sunday, 16th November 2025. During this period, should there be any requests from in-house guests for pool usage, we will arrange a shuttle service to and from Domitys Bangsar as an alternative.

I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it off. Another major disappointment is breakfast. The hotel does not have its own cafe so it is cooperating with a small restaurant nearby to provide breakfast to its guests. The breakfast there was just terrible. I have been staying in more than 100 hotels and never had breakfast that bad. No choice, no taste and no service. That restaurant has a below 2.0 score in google reviews. I had my breakfast at McDonald the next day even I had paid for it already.

一進入房間就會被整體空間大小嚇到, 非常大, 就像一間大套房似的, 有廚房, 有儲物間, 沙發跟書桌當然也是有, 跟我後面住的希爾頓或是W比較, CP值爆表, 非常推薦選擇此飯店! 從機場選擇機場快線到KL Sentral, 走進Nu Sentral, 到達UG樓, 走人行道3分鐘就到飯店, 非常的方便. 因為距離KL Sentral近, 所以要去任何的地方都方便.

The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it off. Another major disappointment is breakfast. The hotel does not have its own cafe so it is cooperating with a small restaurant nearby to provide breakfast to its guests. The breakfast there was just terrible. I have been staying in more than 100 hotels and never had breakfast that bad. No choice, no taste and no service. That restaurant has a below 2.0 score in google reviews. I had my breakfast at McDonald the next day even I had paid for it already.
