Bilik sangat bersih, selesa, dan lengkap dengan kemudahan seperti aircond dan katil empuk. Lokasi hotel pun strategic, dekat dengan restoran dan tempat menarik. Staff sangat friendly dan helpful, always ready to assist. Sarapan pagi pun sedap, ada beberapa pilihan. Overall, highly recommended untuk sesiapa yang nak penginapan berkualiti dengan affordable price. Will definitely come back!

I found this hotel on a rush because my hotel I had beem at had a disgusting issue(the penthouse on 34th) they were clean secure and friendly. They order you McDonald's in the mornings do daily housekeeping and they arranged my transportation to airport i am returning to KL I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

staf tidak ramah. ukuran kamar terlalu kecil untuk tipe family triple. kerbersihan juga perlu ditingkatkan. satu-satunya yang bagus hanya lokasi saja. akses sangat bagus ke area bukit bintang.

Staf hotel agak kurang ekspresif sih, tapi harga kamarnya oke banget dan lumayan nyaman dan lengkap dan bersih akses ke bulit bintang juga dekat apalagi alor street hanya saja sebelahnya banyak gedung terbengkalai.
Pajak turisnya mahal 20rm

The receipts are not the friendliest. They were not very rude but they don't even smile at the guests. But the hotel room & location both were good. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel.

Utk kamar yg bersebelahan dgn life sangat buruk karna berisik sekali sepanjang hari sepanjang mlm banyak berisik sampai tdk bisa tidur.. Utk kamar yg ada jendela bagus.. Di sekitar tdk ada makanan /jajan tdk ada, air panas tdk tersedia mesin nya walaupun sdh di pencet panas keluar nya dingin.. Tdk bisa ngupi 😭 cukup sdh dua kali kita nginep disini

kamar bersih....pelayanan staff hotel baik...fasilitas kamar ada tv,,termos air panas,,hairdryer,,air mandi panas dan semua berfungsi dengan baik, namun sayangnya yg kurang hanya AC nya waktu itu kurang dingin...selebihnya lokasi dekat sama monorail imbi,,,berjaya time square, bukit bintang,,,saya suka over all...semoga lain kali ac nya bisa lebih dingin
