房間靠近主空調壓縮機，從早上7點到晚上11點噪音很大。而且房間隔音效果很差，即使拉門關著也能聽到很大的噪音。

In room dining food was cold whrn it arrived. Ordered Nachos and club sandwich. Club sandwich tasted ok. The cheese on the nachos was already hard when it arrived in the room.
The room floor feels sandy. The bathroom water drain was very slow which leads to water ponding when taking shower.

Everything is in place, basically it's a hotel but you can't expect a 5-star experience. There's even teambuilding facilities but not for guests. The tiles are old and can be heard moving.

Saya ada problem dalam dapat kan bilik, Saya booking bilik yang tak boleh cancell Dan Tak boleh reschedule ... bila Saya ke kaunter hotel, customer service kata, bilik Saya Tak ada.. I'd Tak jumpa... Saya call traveloka pun Tak dapat, busy, Tak de yang angkat.. Selepas 20 minit,staff hotel kata,Saya dah tukar tarikh ke 2 jun.... sedangkan, bilik yang saya tempah Tak boleh reschedule& Saya xpernah tukar tarikh. Saya Tak tahu Salah siapa disini, adakah dari pihak traveloka ataupun hotel... Pengalaman pertama Saya yang amat sedih.Terpaksa tunggu hampir 1jam.Hotel -hotel sebelum ni tak ada masalah pun...
