Bangau Capsule Hotel - Downtown KLIA住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
We recommend ordering an E-hailing ride under Grab to get to our property which costs RM 20/trip for an economy car. It takes about 7 minutes from KLIA and 10 minutes from KLIA 2 to reach our property. We highly discourage using the Airport Taxis as they are notorious for overcharging their customers especially tourists with potential midnight surcharges.
Deposit of RM 5 will be collected at the property in cash.
Due to system limitation, all room booking made are restricted to 1 night only. Hotel have the right to revise on terms & conditions if guest made a booking more than 1 night upon guest arrival.
Effective from September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or non long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
