Best hotel I have stayed at. The center of Puchong. Clean and varied breakfast choices.

Love my short stay! Beyond my expectation! The room was huge and really comfortable. Iron will be sent to the room upon request. Wifi connection also excellent!

The staff was friendly and very reliable. However, when my other room was not ready, they informed that they will call the room telephone, but to my dissatisfaction, they called the room that was not ready which I couldn't enter. So I had to wait for 30 minutes until I called the front desk. Only then they informed me and will send the room key. I waited outside of the door and saw the receptionist was walking very casually and not in a hurry manner to deliver my keys. So I hope you can fix that and add a sense of urgency in satisfying your customers. But above all, I am very satisfied with this hotel, our room, everything was perfect.

A very nice and clean hotel. I love the ambiance of the lobby. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the toilets are clean. The hotel looks very new.

Lokasi hotel kurang strategis, hotelnya bersih dan tersedia sabun/shampo cair, sikat gigi/odol, 2 botol air mineral ukuran sedang di kulkas, pemanas air untuk teh/kopi. Sekitar hotel banyak rumah makan dan minimarket.

Have been staying in this award-winning hotel many times. Though it's a 3-star hotel in rating, the service given is 5-star 🌟 Great to have stayed in this hotel located in Puchong, which is near a shopping centre like IOI building & Lotus Shopping Centre, which has a Decathlon shop located over there. 😊

Not very far from Putrajaya, attending conference there. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

The young lady at the front office serving me seemed cold and detached at first. But when I checked out and needed help for bus service to Putrajaya Sentral station, she went out of her way to check the timing of arrival and hurried me on as the bus was about to arrive in 5 minutes. In the end, the bus and KLIA transit journeys were smooth without much waiting. Thanks, young lady. I'll be back to thank you personally soon if I return to Puchong.

Good place to stay near Setiawalk Mall Puchong. Clean and also have a nice view.

The room is comfortable for 2 people and it came with a fridge. The other hotel, Mtree, price is a bit more expensive but has no fridge and also no breakfast provided, but parking in the other hotel is better.

Staff was friendly. Very spacious room. Breakfast was good. Overall, I'm happy with the stay.

Very nice to stat at BeSpoke Hotel Puchong. The hotel staff provided helpful and excellent services. It offers great value for the price paid. Moreover, its convenient location, in close proximity to a shopping mall and train station. The room was also well-equipped with all necessary facilities. Highly Recommended!

Please improve your receptionist service standard. Booked for one large bed, got two single bed instead. Later I asked to receptionist to change the room, eventually I got the room I've ordered. But one thing most unpleasant, she said no words all the time I met her. If you're tired, you better go home and have some rest. One more thing, fix your lift & chamber lightning.
