Sangat selesa. Service yang baik & staff yang sedia membantu. Watercooler juga disediakan setiap tingkat. Bilik sangat selesa & bersih. Parking senang. overall excellent place to stay for a budget hotel for work or backpacking. room a bit small for family, but u can request for a bigger room for family.

Tingkat 3 (kena naik tangga). Kurang selesa sebab bilik terlalu sempit (tak sesuai untuk katil queen. Kalau katil super single mungkin ok. Staff nampak macam budak (kurang peramah), masa datang main game lepas bagi kunci terus sambung makn game (tak greet pon). Pendapat : Walaupun ada water dispenser di setiap level, sepatutnya letak la air mineral. Benda kos kecik tapi boleh bagi impak yang besar kepada penyewa. Sepatutnya banyak benda yang boleh diupgrade dengan kos yang minima, harap benda macam ni di ambil kira oleh pihak hotel.

It 's was third time staying here, overall is good but this time, the room at third floor, no lift. Room is smelly, dirty bathroom, pillow too low, bed too hard. Keep heard others guests sound.

My room queen bed without window, there are double locks. I like it at the Ground Floor. Spacious enough for 2 persons, clean and I got 2 water bottles free. Staffs are friendly. Very helpful for persons having courses at Pkns Biz Point, walking distance of 1 minute across the road.

Hotel sangat bersih. Puas hati. Staff pun baik tolong saya angkat barang saya ke tingkat 1 kerana hotel ini tiada lif. Cuma agak bising bila tetamu lain berbual di koridor boleh dengar sampai dalam bilik. Highly recommended. Terutama untuk mereka yang ada kursus di PKNS Biz Point, Shah Alam. Hanya perlu jalan kaki seberang jalan.

Well, there is no space to pray then I cannot hang my cloth. But since I just stay for a night so it is acceptable. The pillow is just too thin that it is not comfortable. Anyway, the room and toilet are clean. For those with family, I think you should choose bigger room.
