Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, but the fairytale style makes up for it. The restaurant has delicious food. I will go there again.

I stayed for 3 nights, everything was good, worth the price, great location nearby monorail station and restaurants. The room is clean and does not smell bad, the staff are nice. Perhaps I will choose this back on my next Kuala Lumpur trip.

My first time here and I do enjoy my stay. Great location. Close to Imbi station. Walking distance (approximately 1 minute) to Berjaya Times Square where you can get all your needs. 10/10 is for the Bestow Boutique Hotel. Impressive service. See you next visit.

I checked in at night, the service was very good, the room was updated for free✌️, all the staff were very friendly, my charger was broken and I had to use the charger at the receptionist 3 times. It was very inconvenient but the receptionist didn't mind and was very friendly.

Pegawai reseptionist tidak ramah tidak ada tata kramanya, ini hotel konsepnya mencontoh meniru Indonesia banyak anglung dipasang digantung tujuannya apa? Ternyata pekerjanya/tukangnya diambil dari Madura. Saya mau ganti ruang kamar room dengan harga yang sama tidak dilayani alasan harganya berbeda. Jadi pikir dua kali untuk menginap kembali. Tidak recommended.

Semua di sini ok untuk penilaian. Hanya bathroom enggak ada gantungan baju. Jadi, harus pintar letak karena sempit banget kamar mandinya. Owner ceweknya kurang ramah. Mungkin karena orang asing ya. Rada GR, dikira orang mau lihat dia. Tapi untuk fasilitas hotel ini ok, walaupun hotel gaya jadul.

Proses check-in gampang. Staff sangat ramah mau bawa bagasi aku ke room. Room-nya sangat bersih. Bathroom-nya bersih. Nyaman, lokasi pas di belakang Time Berjaya Square. Kalau mau ke Bukit Bintang tinggal crossing 5 menitan jalan kaki nyampe. Ada jacuzzi juga tapi tidak sempat cobain karena cuma stay 1 malam. Pokoknya yang mau solo backpacker budget murah kemari lah. Sangat recommended.

I checked in at night, the service was very good, the room was updated for free✌️, all the staff were very friendly, my charger was broken and I had to use the charger at the receptionist 3 times. It was very inconvenient but the receptionist didn't mind and was very friendly.

Ternyata pekerjanya/tukangnya diambil dari Madura. Saya mau ganti ruang kamar room dengan harga yang sama tidak dilayani alasan harganya berbeda. Jadi pikir dua kali untuk menginap kembali.
