The hotel has really good service, good location, the staff are so helpful and kind, the room is clean, and the entire hotel has a good smell.

Stayed for one night here and had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly, worth the price, room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small but still enough, bathroom too was clean and hot shower worked perfectly. Plus point was definitely the hairdryer 😁 and the view of Kuala Lumpur tower. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Ini ketiga kalinya dalam setahun saya menginap di sini. Kamarnya okey, layanan staf juga okey dan lokasinya tetap juara. Dekat ke LRT Masjid Jamek, bisa berjalan ke Central Market, minimarket dekat, dikelilingi tempat makan (McD, KFC, Nasi kandar kl express, Zus Coffee, dan masih banyak lainnya). Rekomen banget deh.

Nice location, nice service, very clean, close to Masjid Jamek, surrounded by many halal restaurants. You just need to cross the road from KL Sentral to find this hotel. Love it

Not expecting we are able to early check in, that was awesome. Access to LRT station which is very near help us a lot.

ini hotel betol2 tak ada bagus , tengah malam lampu mati ( electrik problem ) , tapi lambat sangat penyelesaian nya, dalam kamar gelap dan panas, ditanya kapan hidup lampu , staf hanya cakap 10 menit tapi hampir 2 jam tak juga hidup lampu, di kasih gratis pon saya tak akan mau menginap lagi di hotel ini

lokasi tengah kota, deket lrt, dekat masjid jami,, deket tempat makan, dekan tempat belanja (mydyn).
ada satu kurangnya, traveloka tidak lengkap dalam memberi penjelasan tentang fasilitas window di kamar.
harga paling murah itu tanpa jendela, kami pilih satu level diatasnya, berharap dpt jendela.
pas check in ternyata kamar kami tanpa jendela. kami komplen dong ke resepsionis.
ternyata tuk pilihan dengan jendela kita perlu pilih kamar yang ada tulisan dengan jendelanya. mana kita tahu harus scroll kebawah lagi tuk pilihan itu. sudah 2 hari komplen, tapi tak ada tindak lanjut...
oh iya kata resepsionisnya, sudah sering kejadian kayak gini tuk tamu yang pesan di traveloka..
