Saya sangat jatuh cinta pada hostel ini, kamarnya bersih, toilet & shower-nya berfungsi dengan baik, nggak berisik, akses ke water front-nya cukup jalan kaki saja serta resepsionis yang ramah serta membantu banget.

Kamarnya bersih & nyaman, AC-nya dingin, toilet & shower-nya berfungsi dengan baik, nggak berisik meski posisi bangunannya di pinggir jalan. Resepsionisnya juga ramah. Yang membuat paling best yakni hostel ini super dekat banget dengan Water Front Kuching. Next time kalau ke Kuching mau nginapnya di sini lagi aja 😊

Totally bad experience have a plan to visit in this hotel, already paid and come to front of hotel, location is confusing, the number can not contacted so when we arrived at the hotel we couldn't found the way to in, very weird sistem of services, platform need to review one more time this location.

Staf hotel tidak ramah, kita kontak WA mereka karena mau check in, buka kan pintu saja mereka tidak mau. Sangat tidak sopan. Kita sudah booking 1 bulan sebelumnya, tapi ketika hari H mau check in malah penuh, di info dengan emot ketawa, alasannya tidak memberi tahu dari awal karena tidak ada no telpon, padahal kan email ada, no telpon juga ada. Hotel ini pilih-pilih cust, tidak suka orang indonesia, uang kamipun tidak di kembalikan. Sangat sangat buruk.
