The staff was very friendly and very courteous. And I mean all the staff. The desk clerk loaned me a adapter so I could charge my phone which made me feel really good about the place. It was also clean and they had a good breakfast the next morning. I would recommend it for a short stay because it's far away from most other things except the airport.

I am writing this review in behalf of my partner who recently stayed. Wonderful and caring staff, who also organised a very nice airport transfer . The driver was very friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience with this establishment.

車以外ではアクセスほぼ不可能な立地でした。ホテルがやっている空港送迎サービスか、Grabを利用するのがいいです。それ以外は大変良いです。施設は新築で綺麗、隣にレストランやスーパーが軒を連ねているので滞在する上では不自由なく、手軽にローカルフードを楽しめてラッキーでした。

New & fresh hotel with very warm front staff at the evening of arrival. Very comfortable beds & pillows, convenient transit hotel for things such as overnight layovers at KLIA or equivalent. Would absolutely stay again if I had an overnight layover.

Everything is clean and the design is modern.
And it has good facilities too.
There is a small convenience store, kitchen, water dispenser, washing machines, gym, and game space in the hotel.
You can ask shuttle bus to the airport (it has a cost) whenever you want.
Staff are nice and friendly. I enjoyed to stay here.

My second stay as my flight got delayed and I'm glad I stayed here again. It is conveniently located near the airport and their are dining options next door. As it is a new hotel, everything was super clean and the facilities were great along with the staff!
