Bunga Raya Island Resort住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Guests should check in at the Gayana Sales & Reservations Office at Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal which is located in Kota Kinabalu City, roughly 15-20 minutes away from the airport by car.

Renovation Notice:
We are pleased to announce that the second phase of the Bunga Raya Resort upgrade will take place from early September until the end of 2017. Our much beloved Pantai Grill will get a makeover. When it opens up in December it will be our all day dining restaurant with unsurpassed views of the South China Sea. We apologies for this inconvenience but as a small token of gesture we have made some amendments to our rates which we hope you will find attractive.
