As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

Overall I feel pleasant during my stay with friendly and helpful staff. The room generally clean and tidy. But I would be great if the air con can be cooler and didn’t expect need to remove my shoes before entering the stairs and no lift in this hotel but no worries, the staff will have the tool to help u to transfer your luggage of needed

從踏入酒店那一刻開始，就得到非常窩心的服務。前台職員親切有禮，細心向我們介紹遊覽、飲食的好去處。當我說出想去那一家餐廳、遊覽那個景點時，她已立即在地圖上勾出路線，值得一讚。為我們拿行李、清潔房間的員工亦笑容親切。酒店內的圖書館除了有書可借閱外，還可以借CD回房間收聽。
是一間值得向朋友推薦的精品酒店。

Very pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also I do like the fact that they provide drinking water in a jug in fridge rather than plastic bottle. Ice tea and daily treats are also lovely gestures. The only issue I had is the blossom room aircon blow right into our heads when lying in bed. We had to switch off during the night but woke up sweating.

Great location combined with very friendly and helpful staff, our room got upgraded to a loft suite which was a surprise, overall our stay was wonderful ! One thing though which I have also feedback to the hotel was the weak water pressure when we were having shower, hope they can improve this in the coming.

We were staying in the Loft for 2 nites. We loved the serenity and the atmosphere of a heritage house. Yet the service was also extremely profession. The breakfast was perfect add-on too. Loved the poached egg with spinach sososo much though i also liked the egg benedict with salmon i took the other day. Rachel and many others` (incl. the iced homemade lemon tea and frozen fruit yohurt that we could craved on afternoon a hot day`s walking) amiable service was just impeccable. I was not exaggerating but if i have more time i would have stayed there longer. Thank u so much for the memorable experience in Penang.

A hotel with warm service, very convenient location. The only demerit is it is a bit noisy at night as all rooms are facing the road. The hotel serves full-course Italian breakfast,and you may take it as lunch as it is served until noon.
