This is the worst ever hotel that I've seen and I just simply got cheated with all the photos in the web. To be honest and I'm not exaggerating it's not worth the 210RM that I paid. It took almost 20 mins to check in and I was asked to pay again but I refused as the guy didn't even know how to check. Finally I was brought a temporary small stair case allowing 1 person to pass through, I wonder how they will let someone big to go through the same stair case. When I reached the room it was not able to open with a card and the guy opened wit a key to realise someone was inside actually. By then I decided to cancel and left the hotel. When I wanted to refund, I couldn't since the purchase was not for refund. Anyway sincerely asking online agent to remove this hotel from the list and not allowing others to be cheated in such a way. Even the hotel was filthy all over with bedsheets left on the floor.

tôi đặt trên app traverloka nhưng ông chủ nhất định không cho chúng tôi nhận phòng vì ông ấy nói chỉ kí kết hợp đồng với booking. tên tôi đã có trong danh sách đặt phòng và mất rất nhiều thời gian giải quyểt tôi mới được vào phòng. wifi thực sự tệ. wifi chỉ bắt được ở quầy lễ tân. trong phòng không có wifi , không có sóng mạng data
