This is my second stay at this capsule hotel when I have an early morning flight on a weekday. The compact yet cozy design of the capsule makes it a perfect choice for solo travelers like me. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable bedding allow me to rest well before my journey. If I’m traveling alone, this place is undoubtedly my preferred option.

I enjoyed the long hot shower. As I checked in at a peculiar time, I had the place to myself! I love the mattress. I was able to sleep well and caught up with my flight seamlessly. The staff who attended to me was very accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you!

Comfy and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The power plugs are very functional. You don't need a travel adapter and it has USB-A and USB-C connections. They provided a towel, drinking water, dental, and sleeping kits.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or non long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.

One of the malay lady little bit chubby staff due to her misunderstanding. I suppose to stay for over night can check in at 2pm and she told me I only allowed to stay for only 12 hours. Really disappointed on this service and the hotel without give any compensation for me. This case happened on 7/5/2025 please check on your CCTV all got the proof !
