As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Accommodation does not serve free extra breakfast.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Breakfast is additional RM25.00 per person.

Deposit RM100.00 per room will be collected upon check-in, only cash payment accepted.

Late check-out will incurred additional charge of RM50.00 per hour anything after 12:00pm.

This property is very strict on the number of guests to be checked in at the property, matches the reservation made. Only numbers of guests booked as per reservation are allowed to stay and use the facilities to respect other guest privacy. The property reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. The property will charge an additional RM49 for each child aged 2-12 years and RM99 for each guest above 12 years old. Additional charges for extra guests can be paid at the resort upon check-in.
