Hello...me and my family from Kuching Sarawak stay here just for 1 night... This place...very superb...swimming pool so big... And I really love this place...just like home. Have all facilities. Great place...all facilities okay. This apartment has a sauna, steam bath swimming pool superb, place to play playstation for free, playing snooker, playing pingpong and other else. Very satisfied. One day I'll come again...and promote it to all my friends. Keep it up! Thanks, Century Bay! It's wrap!

The residence is comfortable and clean. The facilities is also superb. It is very suitable for a huge family to stay in because it is big and the place also quiet calm, like I staying in my own home. Very affordable for family vacation.

Breakfast available at Level 2 breakfast lounge from 9am to 11am daily at a nominal charge of RM12 per person(half price for children below 12) Continental breakfast. Shuttle service to airport is available upon request at nominal fee of RM20. Laundry service is available at nominal charge.(FYI, there is a washing machine in the dry yard area in the apartment.)

Hotel breakfast need to prepare early. i stay for 2 nights paying for free breakfast but can't make it. Hotel breakfast should be earlier that's we call it breakfast not for lunch. we also got something else to do not only waiting your staff making breakfast.

The unit is large and comfortable. The environment is also good. Security is guaranteed and the entrance and exit are guarded by guards all the time. Overall, satisfied with the facilities provided. Too bad, the management does not care about the Muslim-friendly concept. Pets such as dogs are brought in without any obstacles, which raises the concept of purity for Muslims.

Kakitangan yang sangat mesra, dengan budget yang segitu view-nya sangat best. Banyak pilihan aktivitas. Jika nak staycation, saya akan pilih ke sini lagi. Benar-benar tempat yang bagus, tempatnya sangat privat.

3 bedroom suite good for big family. Room condition just nice. Old but still OK. Pool and gym was very nice. Nice landscape and trees. Recommended.

We got apartment with three bedrooms and breakfast for five. The apartment was superb, but I happened to experience bad moment with the kitchen staff. They were supposed to serve the breakfast at nine as promised, but until 9.45 the fail to serve us. They said they were short of eggs and bread which was beyond my thinking order. The male staff was very slow but luckily the female counter staff was very professional. She managed to refund our breakfast money which I think came from her own wallet*sigh* I think century bay should think of upgrading their kitchen .

I book 3 condos with 2 room each. Everything was ok from check in to check out. The staff at the counter was helpful. But my main concern is the cleanliness of the condos. 2 condos was merely ok, but mine room no 503 was dirty. Dust everywhere, the shower curtain all moldy, the kitchen in all 3 condos were unusable and dirty.
