As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 300.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Hotel will collect a cash deposit of RM200 upon check in. It will be refund once we checked the room condition when check out. Hotel is in the midst of applying WiFi, so the room currently doesn't come with the internet. !! Free internet is available at the lobby lounge and Level 36 business lounge area. Building's carpark is autopay machine Car Pay Parking System. Parking rate will be a flat rate of RM5 per entry when validated at the concierge counter with the room key card.

Harganya worth it juga kemana2 deket klo jalan kaki mgkin 15 mnt ke bukit bintang ke pudu central deket la kemana2 tapi jalan kaki ya yg punya todleer juga gampang klo kesini naik grab kemana2 lbh praktis🥰

Terlalu berisik dan padat untuk family dengan anak dan lansia, kamar mandi bau got pembuangan, receptionist cwek jutek kasar, kasur kecil sz 100 cm, kasur besar 140 cm.

Hotel bersih, peralatan dapur lengkap, luas, ada sofa bed dan bench, untuk keluarga dengan 2 anak sangat worth. Dari Stasiun Masjid Jamek naik taksi hanya 10RM, ke Alor bisa jalan kaki atau naik taksi hanya 6-14RM tergantung demand saat itu.

Kamar bersih & rapi. Ada mini kitchen tapi enggak ada alat masak, tapi ada kulkas dan microwave. Toilet ada bidet. Power outlet bisa untuk colokan Indonesia. Lalu karena ini bukan hotel jadi kamar tidak dibersihkan setiap hari (kalau mau dibersihkan bisa, tapi berbayar). Untuk akses hotel ke Jalan Alor masih walkable & ke daerah Bukit Bintang/Petaling Street tidak terlalu jauh kalau naik Grab. Kekurangannya di kamar tidak ada gantungan handuk.

Hotelnya nyaman jika ingin mencari ketenangan. Kami sekeluarga menginap 4 malam. Kelemahannya tidak ada pembersihan kamar, kamar dibersihkan 1 minggu sekali, jika mau dibersihkan kena biaya 80 RM. Jauh dari tempat makan, jadi harus grab kalau mau makan atau keluar sekalian.

View kolam renang nya bagus. Untuk bawa keluarga liburan sangat recommended karena ada setrika, microwave nya. Jangan lupa deposite nya 100 RM dan biaya non warga negara Malaysia 10 RM.

Ini kedua kalinya saya menginap di Ceylonz. Kali ini saya mendapatkan kamar agak kotor, berdebu. Sofa juga kotor. Handuk kotor. Berbeda dengan pertama kali saya menginap di bulan Juni 2023. Meskipun kita booking kamar di Ceylonz, jika belum waktunya untuk check in/sudah jam check out, kita harus bayar untuk menitipkan koper. Di Ceylonz, kamar tidak dibersihkan selama kita menginap. Mungkin ada extra charge untuk membersihkan kamar. Untuk harga, penginapan ini terjangkau.

Benar-benar penginapan yang direkomendasikan buat kamu yang berkunjung ke KL. Kamar uang luas dan sangat nyaman, fasilitas lengkap, lokasi tenang padahal berada di Bukit Bintang. Cuma resepsionis perempuan kurang ramah pelayanan.

* * * Dusty. I don't think the room was broom and moped upon check out from previous people. * * remote remote control is out of battery. * checking out at 11 is hassle as I'm checked in for a marathon in Dataran and I'm finished late and have to rushed to the Hotel for check out. And to get lift at 1055 am is difficult and the lift does not stop becaude everyone is busy checking out at that time.

Bed linen near window looks dirty, overall the studio size room is perfect for 4 people, spacious with lot of facilities inside. But the lift is totally sucks, you have to wait for about 30 minutes to get in, they have 4 lifts (with 1 broken lift), the point isn't the overload lift capacity, but the censor is useless, the lift can just pass by your floor several times without stop at any floor and even when you're successfully get inside the lift, the lift's access card is hardly to be scanned, really a wasting time. We see a lot of guest also upset about the lift condition.
