Unable to refund, after booked, and discovered the rooms were smelly and dirty sheets, wasted RM77, not worth to sleep in unhygienic.

Please do not stay at this hotel. Sangat kotor dan paling tidak boleh brain towelnya towel PLKN🤣 Selimut nipis, cadar nipis, tilam dan bantal berpeta macam dah 10 tahun punya bantal.

Nice view but poor service. Blankets are only sheets, bath towel not quality and air conditioner leaks. No toiletries also. Deluxe double room was small.

Room is small and narrow, can't even walk two person at same time. Bedsheet dirty, blanket very thin, basically just quilt cover without insert. Bathroom smelly. Can hear noise from outside & next room TV. Oh, no TV channel and no wifi. Suitable for those who just want a space to sleep at night. Not recommended though.

Very disappointed stay at this hotel. Did the booking through traveloka and when arrived at the hotel I still need to pay for the room again since the hotel's aystsystemem already off at 9pm. We arrived at around 11 btw. Need to wait until next day to get refund. Since I checked out at around 6 I need to come again later thet afternoon to get refund.The room was not clean. Towel sheets and all so dirty. Toilet shower head was broken. Don't stay here.

Bedsheet and towel weren't clean. There's spider webs on the ceiling. The receptionist when I was checking out wasn't that friendly either. For the same price, you can get a cleaner and bigger room around station 18.

Book guna traveloka. Last-last masa nak check in masa malam bilik dah tkde dan dah bagi pada orang lain. Terpaksa bayar untuk dapatkan bilik lain dan esok pagi baru direfundkan bila staff siang masuk kerja 😑 sangat kecewa. Bilik pun kurang kemas dan bersih.
