Kamarnya bagus sesuai foto. Lokasi yang bagus dan nyaman. Pegawainya ramah semua dan baik-baik. Kamar dilengkapi kulkas dan safety box. Housekeeping Juned dan Niresh bagus mereka perhatian.

Hotelnya pas banget di depan pudu central (terminal bus), satu tempat ke lrt plaza rakyat dan mrt merdeka, tinggal jalan kaki sekitar 3 menit ke china town (petaling street), banyak mini market, hotelnya bersih, customer servicenya sopan banget, pokoknya recommended buat yang traveling.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:30.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Guest need to deposit for Rm50 per stay can use either credit card or cash, once guest check-out the deposit will be returned.

All request such as smoking or non-smoking room, early-check-in, late check-out, extra mattress etc are strictly subject to hotel's availability.

For Superior, Deluxe, Premier : Hotel provide mattress with Rm30 for room only and Rm50 for breakfast included.

Fee for buffet breakfast: MYR 12 per person

Nearby parking fee: Ask the reservation for details

Late check-out fee: MYR 60 (before 6.00 p.m.), After 6.00 p.m. will consider as one night

Jangan ragu menginap di sini, dapat harga promo dari Traveloka. Walau kamar kecil, hotel minimalis. Pintu lecet depan dalam. Heheheheh. Gak nyangka dapat sarapan seharga 200k saja. Alhamdulillah dekat ke Pusat makan Kota raya. Petailing street. Central Market. Kasturi walk. Ke mana-mana naik bis go KL secara gratis. Atau MRT jalan dikit ke belakang Pudu central posisi depan Hotel nyebarang. Sayang aja channel tv gak ada. Minta pindah kamar tak boleh. Sungguh kecewa di sana aja. Selebihnya ok. Terima kasih Citin Seacare Pudu.

Awalnya agak kesal karena udah booking 2 malam jauh-jauh hari pas dateng kemalaman di bilang kamar electricity nya ada problem, setelah tegang urat leher alhamdulilah dapat juga kamar ya emang ga seperti yang kita booking, tapi dari pada terdampar malam hari ya kan. Terima kasih kepada resepsionis dan Note bagi yang pesan weekend emang agak trouble. Tapi karena liburan ga mau kesel alhasil nginep 4 hari deh. Bagi yang dari KLIA2 bagusnya naik bus aja per orang 15RM turun langsung depan hotel ini. Ke Alor deket ke Bukit Bintang deket. Makanannya juga enak-enak. Next bakalan ke Citin lagi deh.
