Shutel bus ada tp dialihkn ke mobil pribadi yang kondisinya ga nyaman, selain itu mahal tarifnya dari pada grab. Kelebihannya cuma 1 samping hotel ada kedai makan yang buka 24 jam.

Telat cek in malah didenda. Padahal kita cuma bisa pake kamar itu 6 jam. Karena delayed pesawat. Harus nya kebijakan seperti inj dihapus. Karena terlalu kaku.

H1 saya dapat di lantai 3, mengalami kesulitan dengan wifinya. Staffnya langsung merespon dengan berusaha memperbaiki modem, namun tidak berhasil. Dan besok pagi, kami dipindahkan ke kamar yang lebih baik dan wifi yang memuaskan. Staff perempuan semua ramah dan helpful.
