Cove 55

Accommodation charges MYR 82.50/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:30.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

TOURISM TAX
Room rates are subjected to government tourism tax of MYR10 per room per night effective of 01 September 2017. The tourism tax will be charged at the hotel and payment is to be made upon check-out by CASH. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents (MyPR Card Holders) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce Identification Card, Passport or MyPR Card and/or relevant documents upon check-in for registration for identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.

CHECK IN POLICY
The room is available from 14:00. Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 12:00am the following day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled upon no-show and Cove 55 shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking. A security deposit will be required upon check-in totaling RM100 per room per night.

CHECK OUT POLICY
The room must be vacated by 12:00pm. If you check-out beyond the stipulated time at the Resort of your stay, Cove 55 reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night’s stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. Cove 55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.

CHILDREN'S POLICY
Maximum 2 Adults Occupancy Only in Cove Balcony Room, and Cove Garden Room. Maximum Occupancy of 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12 years old for Cove Corner Suite and Cove Villa using existing bedding. Maximum 1 infant under the age of 2 free of charge in all room types and baby cot provided on request.

All persons 13 years or older are considered as adults. Extra bed is not available at this property. Extra Adult rate is 135MYR* per night, maximum 1 extra Adult only allowed in Cove Corner Suite or Cove Villa. If maximum number of guests in booked room is not adhered to, extra charges will apply on arrival at the property or guest check in may be denied.

The charges are as below:
Children between the ages of 3 to 12 Years Old: 75MYR* per child per night
*Price is inclusive of 6% SST.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
Please note it is strictly prohibited to consume your own food and beverages at Cove55. Any guests discovered to be consuming their own beverages will be charged our standard corkage charges.

GOLF FACILITY POLICY
Reservation is required at least 3 days in advance. Tee-off times can be between 8:00 to 17:00. Only registered guests at Cove 55 are allowed to play the course.

Any change in government taxation (SST) will be adjusted accordingly.
