If there is negative star rating, I would have rated such. I emailed to En Annuar and Management of Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya on August 27, 2025 and August 28, 2025. No response from them. Beware When Staying at This Hotel – My Experience Was Unfortunate, and Management Remained Unresponsive: *** To En Annuar and Management of Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding damage to my vehicle while parked at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, during my father’s recent stays (Mr. Wong Seng Chong: August 23–24, 2025, and August 26–27, 2025). My car was parked at Basement 1 from August 23–26, 2025. On August 24 at around 6:15am, I parked my car before accompanying my father for check-out. I informed your front office staff that my car would remain in the basement, and he recorded my car number plate on paper. On August 26, when my father checked in again at 3:15pm, I went to retrieve my car and was shocked to discover a black garbage bag placed on my bonnet, liquid leakage from the ceiling, and clear paint damage. I initially spoke to Mr. Chan from Maintenance, who was dismissive and unhelpful. When I escalated the matter, I was referred to En. Annuar, who admitted that he placed the garbage bag on my car after noticing the leak on August 25. However, despite my car plate being recorded by your staff, no effort was made to contact me. The attempt by your team to “wipe off” the paint damage was ineffective and only highlighted the lack of proper handling. This negligence is unacceptable. My family has stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, for over 10 years, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and service shown. Please find attached photographic documentation serving as proof of the damage and the circumstances described. ***

My Luggage was damage due to attempted open

Everything was okay. Only complaint was the wifi didn't work.

We booked 1 room for 3 adults, but they always forget to give us extra towel and water. We had to ask for it every day for our stays. The hotel was beautiful.

It was a great stay! Can repeat it if got a great price.

Kamar tidurnya bagus, tapi ineternet wifi kurang, tempat cari makan lumayan untuk jalan kaki.

Overall experience is good. Free parking is great.

Very clean and spacious room, soundproof also great. I love the cafe and free breakfast, totally saved me a lot of hassle on finding good local breakfast early in the morning. What I don't like is the housekeeping service is quite slow, also the wooden flooring is somehow become more sticky when we walk around in the room. We don't wear slippers in room. Also the TV can be improved a bit since it is quite an old model

Nice. But confusing. Room kiri kanan not locked and and surrounding felt creepy bit. TV not clear. Toilet a bit mushy, but overall for work trip and sleep purpose OK la. Breakfast however very nice and many variety. 3star.

good service but the room floor was a bit dusty. toiletries were insufficient. only two bath towels were provided. had to ask for bath mat floor. otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Aman, hanya sj perlengkapan odol/sikat gigi, keset kamar mandi harus diminta dulu karena belum disediakan saat kita masuk pertama kali ke kamar. Hari ke 2 juga begitu dan malah dua botol air mineral tidak disajikan di hari ke dua.

Good service by the hotel staff 👍. Allowed early check-in, which was great. the breakfast spread was amazing and delicious.

Bilik sememangnya luas. Kelihatan hotel ni baru jalani proses ubahsuai. Kemas, bersih dan selesa. Cuma, penawaran makanan perlu dilihat semula, masih banyak ruang untuk penambaikkan.

Semua okay, makan best, bilik selesa, semua perfect. Tapi kalau call hotel dorang, receptionist yang jawab call memang agak biadap sikit.

The hotel and breakfast is nice. But the only thing I would like to highlight here. Room Air-cond needs to be service. It's not so cold even in the middle of night.
