Bersih, ekonomis, view bagus, supermarket lengkap dan resto juga ada dengan harga terjangkau.
Apartemen ini cukup bersih dan fasilitas cukup bagus. Mesin cuci dan peralatan masak tersedia. AC dingin, pemanas air berfungsi baik. Wi-Fi juga lancar untuk upload foto dan video liburan. Kamar dan ruang tengah cukup memadai untuk liburan keluarga. Pemandangan ke arah kota dan ke arah hutan buat suasana makin enak. Harga cukup bersahabat. Staff juga ramah dan sangat membantu.

I booked for 3 nights. I ended up coming back for 3 weeks! The place is really good—super clean, the pool, gym, they even have a co-working place, you can't ask for anything, they have everything! This will be my home whenever I'm in Malaysia. BTW, big shout out to the reception team, especially Angel—she is really an angel 😇, always smiling, very smart girl, very pleasant to talk to. Thank you.

It was a pleasant stay! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room didn't have towels upon my arrival, but after informing, the clean towel was sent. The pool is superb! Very convenient with 7e and mamak restaurant at the lower ground level.

This service residence is a hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur South Bangsar for nature lover who seeks a healthy and peaceful living. With fantastic mountain & city view where create a wonderful view.

Its strategic location provides excellent connectivity and convenience which easily accessible via Federal Highway, Jalan Pantai Dalam, Jalan Kerinchi Link and the NPE. Located in the central of everything in the city of Kuala Lumpur. There’s a direct connection from the development to the NPE which will enable the residents to easily access the major roads round around the city.

Guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, gym and garden. There's a sun terrace and guests can access free Wifi and free private parking. Equipped air conditioning, wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A microwave, fridge, and stovetop and kettle are also provided. At the condo hotel, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. A mini-market is available at the condo hotel.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

"REFUNABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT" A damage deposit of MYR200.00 is required before check in. The damage deposit payable to the property shall be in the mode of Bank Transfer, Credit card and/or Touchngo (Ewallet) only. The damage deposit shall be refundable within 24 hour upon check out.
*NO SMOKING and NO PARTY* - Strictly no smoking policy. A fine of RM300.00 for any violate of house rule.
Airport transfer is available for MYR 250.00/person.
